Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts
Identify new business opportunities through sales calls, networking, and events
Conduct client visits, site inspections, and property tours
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Manage and update CRM data with timely follow- ups
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets
Represent the property at trade shows and sales activities
Analyze market trends and competitors to develop effective sales strategies
Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring strong client relationships and retention
Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, promotions, and service delivery

Committed to sustainability (ESG/CSR), compliance, and food safety standards
Minimum 2 years of sales experience (hospitality preferred)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients
Knowledge of Korean and/or Chinese market is a plus
Target- driven and self- motivated with proven sales results
Fluent in English; additional languages (Korean/Chinese) preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM knowledge is an advantage
Professional, customer- focused mindset
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field
