Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance;
Researches and recommends new opportunities;
Establishes personal networks; benchmarking state- of- the- art practices; participating in professional societies.
Recommends profit and service improvements.
Composes proposals/contracts/confirmations to clients
Provides feedback of clients to direct supervisors/DOS/EAM and reacts with response on time.
Building up a good relationships with salespersons in Hanoi’s hotels.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Makes weekly sales report/plan and monthly market overview by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
In charge of Mice and leisure market in Viet Nam
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Researching and analyzing sales options.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications;
Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry (Mice and Leisure)
Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.

Experience managing and directing a sales team.
Dedication to providing great customer service.
Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to lead a sale team
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
Experience in customer relationship management.
