- Update action plans and financial objectives quarterly
- Conduct daily sales calls and evaluations with partners
- Immediate and timely communication to Sales team and property on site teams, developing longterm professional business relationships.
- Help out the team with any other client events and sales calls
- Implement all sales actions plans related to this market as outlined in yearly strategy
- Account management of leisure and growing their potential.
- Identifying need periods and adapting strategy and promotional campaigns accordingly
- Identify new markets and business opportunities, acquiring and developing new business accounts and preparing sales proposals for clients
- Represent hotel in various events and exhibitions
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor or undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related specialties;
- Knowledge of leisure travel and hospitality, and other related tourism industries required.
- Must show pattern of significant growth and consistency in prior work experience.
- At least 3 to 4 years of experience in sales leisure
- To effectively communicate with guests, oral fluency in English is required
