Sales Manager (Chinese Segment)

Sales execution and business development
- Maintain strong relationships with Chinese corporate clients, travel agencies, and event partners
- Execute segment sales strategy as defined by Line Manager
- Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and site inspections
- Proactively acquire new clients and grow existing accounts (Corporate, MICE, Wedding, Leisure)
Revenue and conversion management
- Maximize revenue across Rooms, F&B, and Events
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, negotiation, closing and follow- up
- Drive conversion of enquiries into confirmed business
Market insight and data utilization
- Provide market insights and competitor updates to DOS
- Support revenue forecasting and segment performance tracking
- Track and analyze: conversion rates, booking trends, lead sources
Digital and AI- enabled sales
- Support execution and tracking of marketing campaigns
- Apply AI tools and data insights to improve targeting and sales efficiency
- Utilize digital platforms (WeChat, OTAs, social media) to generate leads and engage clients
Sales operations
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth event execution
- Ensure accurate data entry in CRM (Delphi)
- Manage bookings, contracts, and client communications
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 3–5 years of sales experience in 4- 5 star hotels, with a proven track record in managing the Chinese market segment.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- - Fluent English is required; Mandarin/Cantonese is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of Chinese corporate clients, travel agencies, and social event trends.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and networking skills. Ability to handle multiple booking types (Rooms, F&B, Events) simultaneously.
