Sales Manager - Group & Mice (Phu Quoc Based)

Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals aligned with targets
Represent the property at trade shows and sales activities to drive visibility
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and procedures
Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports and forecasts
Identify new business opportunities through sales calls, networking, and events
Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, and Events teams for pricing and service alignment
Manage and grow key client accounts, ensuring strong relationships and retention
Update and manage client data in CRM systems with timely follow- up
Monitor market trends, competitors, and client needs to develop sales strategies
Conduct site inspections and client visits to enhance engagement

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and operational standards
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field
Fluent in English; additional languages preferred
Professional, customer- focused attitude
Goal- oriented, self- motivated, and able to meet targets
Maintain food safety and hygiene practices across operations
Minimum 2 years of sales experience (hospitality preferred)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus
Support sustainability, ESG, and CSR initiatives
