Target
Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets and expand the hotel’s market share.
Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the 5- star hotel’s direction.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing and potential clients, especially in the luxury accommodation sectors.
Manage and develop the sales team by providing training and guidance to enhance productivity.
Oversee promotional programs and customer- focused events.
Perform other tasks as requested by superiors.
Negotiate and close contracts with clients and strategic partners.
Analyze market trends, evaluate opportunities, and propose new business strategies.
Monitor business performance and prepare regular reports.
Set and execute short- and long- term sales plans to meet revenue goals.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure service quality meets customer expectations.

Experience: At least 3 years in management roles.
Language: Proficient in English for professional communication.
Knowledge: In- depth understanding of Sales
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economic, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field.
