To seek ways to be updated on relevant changes in the industry, market, competitors, etc., for effective sales strategies and plans.
To maintain an efficient and accurate filing system related to sales records and reports.
To conduct active sales and upsell each business opportunity to maximize revenue opportunity.
To achieve personal and team- related revenue goals.
To be responsible for proactively soliciting and managing group/catering- related opportunities.
To build strong and professional relationships with all internal and external stakeholders related to hotel business.
To ensure business is turned over properly and timely for proper service delivery.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Proficient use of English in all skills.
- At least 2 years experience in a similar position in requested business segment within a luxury brand
- Graduated in Diploma or Bachelor degree major in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or any other related fields.
