Sales Manager- ROW & Indian Market (Phu Quoc Based)

Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, promotions, and service delivery
Manage CRM data with timely updates and follow- ups
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Represent the property at trade shows and sales events
Conduct client visits, site inspections, and property tours
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet targets
Analyze market trends and competitors to build effective sales strategies
Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and client records
Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring strong relationships and retention
Identify and develop new business opportunities through sales activities and networking
Yêu cầu công việc
Fluent in English; additional Indian/APEC languages are a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM knowledge is an advantage
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Target- driven with a proven ability to achieve results
Committed to sustainability, compliance, and food safety standards
Minimum 2 years of sales experience (hospitality preferred)
Professional, customer- focused mindset
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Knowledge of international markets (Corporate, Leisure, Groups, FITs)
