Key Responsibilities
Support business acquisition activities:
Support CRM processes and acquisition milestones
Coordinate internal meetings, timelines, and cross- functional alignment
Prepare documents for internal approvals and business case simulations
Support commercial & project activities:
Assist in project lifecycle management (PLCM, EOS, ZVA, etc.)
Coordinate change requests, quotations, and contract- related documentation
Support business continuity and customer project transitions
Manage sample orders & customer coordination:
Handle sample quotations, order processing, and delivery tracking
Support internal & external communication (non- commercial topics only)
Monitor KPIs (on- time delivery, cost coverage, planning quality)
Perform sales controlling & forecasting:
Conduct reporting, KPI tracking, and volume verification
Coordinate planning cycles (forecast, BBMSP) and ensure data accuracy
Support sales operations & commercial processes:
Support customer claims, logistics coordination, and digital platforms
Assist in Accounts Receivable, credit management, and dispute handling
Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
Job Requirements
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
Experience in automotive or multinational environments is a plus
Knowledge of SAP / CRM systems is an advantage
Ability to work in a fast- paced, cross- functional environment
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Good communication skills in English
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, or related field
1–3 years in Sales Support / Sales Operations / Project Coordination
