We are seeking a SALES SPECIALIST to drive aggressive growth and exceed revenue targets across our Building Systems. This role focuses on delivering high- performance solutions—including Waterproofing, Flooring, Roofing, Refurbishment, Sealing & Bonding and Building Finishing —to industrial and high- rise construction projects throughout the Southern region.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Negotiate contracts to secure the best possible terms for Sika.
Manage the sales cycle, including generating quotes, processing orders, and handling customer correspondence.
Assist with credit control activities
Perform other duties as assigned by your Line Manager (South Sales Manager)
Prepare accurate and timely reports, sales forecasts, and other required planning documents.
Achieve assigned sales targets for both yourself and your team.
Work effectively with colleagues and other departments to achieve shared goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and retention.
Provide technical expertise and product recommendations to customers.
Maintain confidentiality of all company information and documentation.
Manage assigned projects according to your Line Manager&039;s direction.
