Summary
Golden Owl Solutions is looking for a dynamic Sales Support with a growth mindset and result- oriented attitude to join our international business team. In this role, you will play a key part in building relationships with international businesses, and developing a pipeline of potential clients for the company’s IT Solutions and Digital Marketing services.

Your Responsibilities
Handle and process deals from existing partners: monitor progress, update status, and support documentation completion
Support other ad- hoc administrative tasks for the sales team.
Support partnership management by coordinating with current partners and maintaining relationships
Manage and keep CRM up to date, ensuring accurate tracking of contacts, deals, and sales activities
Provide administrative and documentation support for the Business Development (BD) team (contracts, quotations, proposals, and other sales documents)
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations
Track, update, and manage sales pipeline data and generate periodic reports (weekly/monthly)
Follow up on leads assigned by the BOD, ensuring timely updates and proper handling
Conduct market and competitor research, and prepare summary reports to support sales strategy
Update and maintain sales- related documents, including proposals and internal working files
Requirements
At least 6 months of experience in Sales Admin / Sales Support or similar roles
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
Ability to build client relationships and develop business opportunities.
Good communication and negotiation skills in English.
Experience using CRM (HubSpot or similar) and sales support tools.
