Key Responsibility
This is a full- time, on- site role for a Salesforce CRM Developer based in Vietnam. The Salesforce CRM Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce CRM systems to meet business needs. The role entails creating and integrating software solutions, managing databases, and leveraging web services within the Salesforce platform.

• Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies to manage and execute development tasks efficiently
• Accurately estimate timelines for assigned tasks and ensure timely delivery within scope
• Provide technical support and resolution for business user inquiries and issues
• Design, develop, test, and debug new software applications using Salesforce technologies
• Maintain high standards of quality and performance across all deliverables
Qualifications
• Adaptable team player who remains focused and effective under pressure
• Strong command of English, both written and verbal
• Mandatory Certification: Salesforce Platform Developer
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (APIs, data synchronization, middleware)
• Preferred Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Proficiency in relevant technologies: Salesforce, APEX, Lightning Web Components, HTML
• Results- oriented mindset with a strong sense of urgency and commitment to deadlines
• Excellent analytical, problem- solving, and critical- thinking skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with a high level of accountability
Nice to Have
• Knowledge of the Financial Services domain
• Hands- on experience with Lead and Opportunity Management processes
Benefit:
 Probation: 2 months full salary, PTO: 12 days/year
 Mon to Fri, weekend off
 Full insurance according to Labor law.
 Working time: 9:00 – 18:00
 Working Type: remote (Prefer Da Nang)
