Sample Developer (Garment/Footwear)

Plan and track the development process
Review samples to ensure they meet the design and quality standards.
Work with the purchasing team to source fabrics, trims, and other materials that match the design and cost requirements.
Work with designers, technical teams, and suppliers to create product samples and fix sample- making issues
Review design ideas to ensure they can be made and are practical for production.
Collaborate with the Sales team to collect design requirements, such as materials, style, colors, and specifications.
Research new materials, trends, and technologies to improve future products.

Meticulous, detail- oriented.
Experienced in product development, sample development or similar role in the garment/ textile/footwear industry.
Good knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and production process.
Organizational skills, progress monitoring, and time management.
Good command in English.
Ability to communicate and convey information clearly and effectively.

Working time: Monday to Saturday: 7.30 am- 4:30 pm. Flexible take Half day off on Saturday
12 days of annual
