Senior Agile Project Manager

Dẫn dắt việc áp dụng và mở rộng Agile practices cho các đội phát triển sản phẩm trong Galaxy Holdings. Đóng vai trò Agile Coach/Senior Scrum Master cho nhiều Scrum teams, đảm bảo delivery liên tục và chất lượng cao cho các sản phẩm Galaxy Pay, Galaxy Joy, Galaxy One và các dịch vụ số khác.
TRÁCH NHIỆM CHÍNH
• Xây dựng và triển khai Scaled Agile framework (SAFe/LeSS/Nexus) cho tổ chức 50- 100+ engineers across multiple product lines
• Làm Scrum Master / Agile Coach cho 3- 5 Scrum teams phát triển sản phẩm Galaxy Pay, Galaxy Joy, Galaxy One và các platforms nội bộ
• Coaching Product Owners về backlog management, user story writing, acceptance criteria, prioritization techniques (WSJF, MoSCoW, RICE)
• Xây dựng Continuous Improvement culture: facilitate retrospectives có depth, track improvement actions, coach teams về kaizen mindset
• Xây dựng Agile Metrics & Reporting: velocity trends, sprint burndown/burnup, cycle time, lead time, cumulative flow diagrams, team health metrics
• Hỗ trợ Engineering Managers trong team formation, capacity planning và cross- team collaboration
• Facilitate các Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Standup, Sprint Review, Retrospective, Backlog Refinement cho multiple teams
• Đào tạo Agile mindset và practices cho toàn tổ chức: workshops, training sessions, community of practice, coaching sessions 1- on- 1
• Dẫn dắt Release Planning và PI (Program Increment) Planning cho coordinated delivery across multiple teams
• Identify và loại bỏ impediments: cross- team dependencies, technical blockers, organizational bottlenecks, process inefficiencies

• Tối thiểu 7 năm kinh nghiệm trong Agile/Scrum, trong đó ít nhất 3 năm ở vai trò Senior Scrum Master hoặc Agile Coach cho multi- team environment
• Am hiểu sâu về Agile engineering practices: CI/CD, TDD, pair programming, code review, automated testing và cách coach teams áp dụng
• Kinh nghiệm thực tế triển khai Scaled Agile (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, Spotify Model) cho tổ chức 50+ engineers
• Hiểu biết kỹ thuật đủ sâu: có thể tham gia thảo luận technical debt, architecture decisions, CI/CD pipeline và challenge engineering practices
• Kỹ năng data- driven decision making: sử dụng Agile metrics để identify patterns, predict delivery và drive improvements
• Kỹ năng facilitation xuất sắc: dẫn dắt workshops, resolve conflicts, facilitate difficult conversations, build team trust
• Kinh nghiệm coaching 5+ Scrum teams đồng thời trong môi trường sản phẩm công nghệ (không chỉ IT outsourcing)
• Chứng chỉ bắt buộc: CSM hoặc PSM II (Professional Scrum Master II); chứng chỉ bổ sung: SAFe Agilist (SA), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), hoặc ICAgile Certified Professional
• Kinh nghiệm với Agile tools: Jira (advanced configuration: boards, filters, dashboards, automation), Confluence, Miro/Mural
ƯU TIÊN / LỢI THẾ
• Kinh nghiệm với Kanban (advanced: WIP limits, service classes, flow metrics) cho operations/support teams
• Kinh nghiệm áp dụng Agile cho non- IT teams: marketing, HR, business operations
• Background kỹ thuật: từng là developer/QA trước khi chuyển sang Agile role
• Chứng chỉ Professional Scrum Master III (PSM III) hoặc Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC)
