JOB DESCRIPTION
Business Development & Sales Execution
Lead outbound campaigns (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, virtual/in- person meetings) to generate qualified leads across local and international markets.
Negotiate commercial terms and convert proposals into signed contracts.
Identify, approach, consult, and convert prospects into paying clients.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and pitch decks tailored to clients’ specific needs.
Manage and optimize sales pipeline to ensure revenue targets are achieved.
Client Management & Revenue Growth
Build, maintain, and develop long- term relationships with current and prospective clients.
Ensure high- quality service delivery and seamless client experience throughout the engagement lifecycle.
Drive upselling and cross- selling opportunities to maximize client lifetime value.
Ensure excellent post- sale service to increase client satisfaction and retention rate.
Market Analysis & Strategy
Propose strategic approaches and tailored solutions aligned with company growth objectives.
Identify new business opportunities in both local and international markets.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend evaluation (especially in digital marketing/digital services).
Process Optimization & Cross- functional Collaboration
Identify potential risks and proactively propose solutions during project execution.
Develop, standardize, and optimize sales processes (sales funnel, CRM, customer journey).
Collaborate closely with internal teams (Account, Marketing, Creative, Operations) to ensure project quality and timely delivery.
Reporting & Performance Management
Track and analyze sales performance metrics (conversion rate, deal size, sales cycle, etc.).
Recommend actionable initiatives to improve sales efficiency and overall business performance.
Prepare regular reports on revenue, new clients, pipeline status, and growth forecasts.
REQUIREMENTS
Exceptional skills in presenting, communicating, negotiating, and organizing.
3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Executive roles within digital marketing, advertising, or digital services.
Preference for candidates with strong understanding of digital marketing solutions and international business context.
Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
Self- driven, target- oriented, capable of working independently under pressure.
