Senior Designer

We are looking for a skilled Senior Designer with a deep understanding of design principles to drive our creative vision forward. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics, contemporary culture, a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in both print and electronic media, and a passion for staying ahead of the curve in design trends. Experience in UI and UX design is a definite plus, as we increasingly integrate digital solutions into our campaigns.
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative design concepts that align with client objectives and brand identities
Stay abreast of current design trends and emerging technologies, incorporating them into design solutions to maintain relevance and competitive edge
Lead UI and UX design efforts for digital projects, ensuring intuitive user experiences and seamless navigation
Collaborate with developers, copywriters, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive integration of design elements across all touchpoints
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, while adhering to deadlines and maintaining quality standards
Create visually stunning graphics for a variety of media, including print materials, social media and digital assets, websites, and mobile applications
Present design concepts to the team with confidence and professionalism, effectively communicating creative rationale and incorporating feedback to refine deliverables

Requirements:

Ability to adapt to evolving priorities and thrive in a fast- paced environment (AI image/video generating)
Good communication with the ability to articulate creative concepts and collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams
Demonstrated understanding of UI and UX design principles, with experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows (experience with tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD is a plus)
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including print materials, digital assets, and UI/UX projects
Bachelor&039;s degree in Graphic Design or related fields
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong emphasis on modern and contemporary design trends

Preferred Qualifications:

Passion for exploring new technologies and design tools to enhance creative capabilities
Familiarity with responsive design techniques and best practices
Experience with motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro)
