Senior Facilities Engineer (Water Treatment System)

Work Location: Nhơn Trạch 1, Đồng Nai.
This role ensures the facility systems run reliably, meet water quality requirements, and support production with stable utilities.

Senior Facilities Engineer to manage and maintain the DI water treatment system that supports manufacturing operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support facility upgrades, system improvements, and new equipment installation.
Plan and implement preventive and predictive maintenance for water treatment equipment.
Train technicians and operators on system operation and safety practices.
Monitor water quality parameters such as resistivity, pH, turbidity, silica, and TOC to ensure system performance.
Troubleshoot system issues such as membrane fouling, scaling, or equipment failures.
Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and maintenance reports.
Operate, maintain, and improve the DI water treatment system (RO, IX, EDI, UF, wastewater systems).
Ensure compliance with EHS regulations, ISO standards, and company safety requirements.
Work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure stable facility operations.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.

Experience

Experience in electronics or semiconductor factories is a plus.
At least 5 years of experience in water treatment systems in a manufacturing environment.

Skills

Basic knowledge of PLC or SCADA systems is an advantage.
Strong troubleshooting and problem- solving skills.
Able to work independently and handle technical issues effectively.
Good knowledge of water treatment technologies such as RO, ion exchange, membrane systems, or wastewater treatment.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
