Build the people foundation behind a purpose- driven special education model.
Vin Nexus Center is a pioneering special education initiative developed by Vingroup and Vinschool, designed to support learners with cognitive special needs through an integrated model of education and clinical intervention.
We are seeking a Senior HR Officer who will play a key role in building and operating the people systems behind this model — from recruitment and onboarding to compensation & benefits and employee relations.
This is not a transactional HR role. It is for someone who can balance structure with empathy, and systems with human understanding.
The Role
As a Senior HR Officer, you will work closely with leadership, academic teams, and clinical staff to ensure that Vin Nexus is supported by a professional, responsive, and well- structured HR function.
You will be involved across the full employee lifecycle, with a focus on recruitment, C&B, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
Support compensation & benefits processes, ensuring accuracy and internal consistency.
Coordinate HR operations, documentation, and compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
Handle employee relations matter with professionalism, discretion, and fairness.
Support leadership and line managers on HR- related matters, contributing to a stable and positive working environment.
Contribute to building HR processes and practices suitable for a growing, multidisciplinary school environment.
Manage end- to- end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, coordination, and onboarding.
Experience working in education, non- profit organizations, or multidisciplinary environments is a plus.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in roles covering Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, and Employee Relations.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
Experience in developing or improving HR processes and systems in a growing organization is highly valued.
Solid understanding of recruitment processes, HR operations, and compensation & benefits practices.
Good knowledge of Vietnamese labor law and HR compliance requirements.
