Posision: Senior HR Supervisor
Job Purpose
The HR Supervisor is responsible for supporting the overall human resources and administrative functions of the company, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, compliance with labor regulations, and coordination with government authorities. This role also supports internal company activities and administrative arrangements to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
· Organize and implement onboarding programs to help new employees integrate quickly and perform effectively.
· Develop and implement recruitment plans based on the company’s workforce needs.
· Manage the full recruitment cycle including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with departments during the hiring process.
2. Employee Relations
· Organize internal training sessions related to company policies, performance management, and employee development.
· Promote a transparent, collaborative, and positive working environment.
· Handle employee concerns and support the resolution of workplace conflicts when necessary.
3. Visa & Work Permit Administration
· Monitor regulatory updates and maintain accurate documentation.
· Manage visa, work permit, and temporary residence card processes for expatriate employees.
· Ensure compliance with Vietnamese regulations related to foreign labor.
4. Training & Development
· Develop and implement annual training plans aligned with organizational needs.
· Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
· Organize internal training programs and employee development initiatives.
5. Government Relations & Compliance
· Prepare compliance documentation and coordinate with authorities when required.
· Coordinate mandatory programs such as fire safety training and drills.
· Maintain working relationships with relevant government authorities including the Department of Home Affairs, Industrial Zone Management Boards, Immigration Department, Local Police Authorities, and the Tax Department.
6. Administrative Support & Company Activities
· Provide administrative support for company activities including booking hotels, flight tickets, transportation, and other travel arrangements for business trips.
· Coordinate company programs such as annual health check- ups, occupational safety training, New Year Party, and other internal events.
· Monitor and manage budgets related to administrative activities.
· Maintain and manage HR records and documentation in accordance with company policies.
7. HR Reporting & Analytics
· Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to support management decision- making.
· Prepare periodic HR reports for management review.
Yêu cầu công việc
· Good command of English communication (both spoken and written).
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
· Good knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law and regulations related to foreign employees.
· Strong communication, coordination, and problem- solving skills.
· At least 3–5 years of experience in HR generalist or HR supervisory roles.
· Male candidates are preferred.
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
· Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
