Senior Manufacturing Quality Engineer

MQA (Manufacturing Quality Assurance) Engineer ensures manufacturing processes and products meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards by overseeing quality control, performing product and process inspections, reviewing documentation like batch records, identifying and troubleshooting quality issues, and coordinating with cross- functional teams. Their role involves proactive monitoring of the production floor, developing corrective actions, and ensuring overall compliance to guarantee product integrity and efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES

Reporting & Analysis: Tracks and analyzes production trends and quality data, summarizing findings to- Identify opportunities for improvement in batch records and overall production
Quality Monitoring: Proactively monitors manufacturing and packaging operations to ensure all processes align with quality standards and specifications.
Issue Resolution & Compliance: Identifies quality non- conformances or issues, participates in investigations, and implements corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
Cross- Functional Collaboration: Works closely with various departments QE/NPI/ME/IE/PIE/ Production to resolve quality- related issues and improve processes.
Documentation Review: Performs daily reviews and approval of batch records and other critical documentation to ensure product acceptance specifications are met.
Process & Product Inspection: Conducts inspections, tests, and evaluations of manufacturing processes, equipment, and finished products for reliability and adherence to standards.
Auditing & Training: Assists with internal quality audits and may contribute to training new colleagues on quality standards and procedures.

Education:

University degree with Mechatronic / Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical degree

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing quality role, with working experience in metal, plastic and electronic products as well as manufacturing process quality management.
Experience collaborating with various quality functions in manufacturing processes, including SQE, MQA, OQC, IQC, and others.

Knowledge:

Familiar with Six Sigma, ISO 9001, Quality methods and tools such as FMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC, DOE, 8D, AQL Sampling etc

Functional Skills:

Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills
Good team player with positive approach
Good English, written and spoken.
Strong skills in problem analysis and solving.

Other Abilities:

Able to work effectively without direct supervision
Able to work under high pressure and handle multi tasks in same time
