Senior Mobile Architect

Định hình chiến lược và kiến trúc ứng dụng mobile cho toàn bộ hệ sinh thái Galaxy Holdings. Dẫn dắt việc xây dựng Super App tích hợp đa dịch vụ (thanh toán, loyalty, booking, lifestyle) phục vụ hàng triệu người dùng, đảm bảo trải nghiệm mượt mà, bảo mật và hiệu suất cao nhất trên cả iOS và Android.
TRÁCH NHIỆM CHÍNH
• Xây dựng Mobile DevOps & CI/CD: automated build pipeline, testing (unit/UI/performance), code signing, phased rollout, A/B testing framework
• Thiết kế Mobile Security Architecture: certificate pinning, app attestation, biometric auth, secure enclave, anti- tampering, runtime protection (RASP)
• Xây dựng Mobile Analytics & Monitoring: crash reporting, performance monitoring (ANR, frame drops), user behavior tracking, funnel analysis
• Thiết kế và dẫn dắt phát triển Super App features: QR payment, flight booking, loyalty/rewards, lifestyle services, financial services (FinOS integration)
• Thiết kế Mobile Architecture chuẩn: modular architecture, plugin- based mini programs (tương tự WeChat Mini Programs), shared infrastructure across Galaxy Pay, Galaxy Joy, Galaxy One
• Định hình Mobile Strategy cho Galaxy Holdings: Super App vs Multi- App strategy, platform selection (native vs cross- platform), technology roadmap 3- 5 năm
• Xây dựng Mobile Platform Layer: shared SDK/libraries cho authentication, payment, analytics, push notification, deep linking phục vụ toàn hệ sinh thái
• Dẫn dắt đội ngũ 15- 20 mobile engineers, thiết lập coding standards, code review culture, technical mentoring và career development
• Tối ưu mobile performance tổng thể: app startup time

• Tối thiểu 10 năm kinh nghiệm Mobile Development, trong đó ít nhất 5 năm ở vai trò Mobile Architect/Tech Lead cho ứng dụng quy mô lớn (5M+ MAU)
• Kỹ năng leadership: đã dẫn dắt đội ngũ mobile 10+ engineers, thiết lập processes và technical standards
• Am hiểu sâu về mobile performance optimization: memory profiling, CPU/GPU optimization, network optimization, image caching strategies
• Kinh nghiệm với mobile CI/CD: Fastlane, Bitrise, app distribution (TestFlight/Firebase App Distribution), feature flags, phased rollouts
• Expert- level ít nhất 1 platform: iOS (Swift/SwiftUI, UIKit) hoặc Android (Kotlin, Jetpack Compose); proficient ở platform còn lại
• Kinh nghiệm thiết kế mobile architecture patterns: Clean Architecture, MVVM/MVI, Coordinator/Router (Hilt/Koin/Swinject) pattern, Dependency Injection
• Kinh nghiệm với cross- platform frameworks: React Native hoặc Flutter ở mức production- grade, hiểu rõ trade- offs so với native
• Kinh nghiệm xây dựng payment/fintech mobile features: QR scanning, NFC, biometric payment, PCI- DSS mobile compliance
• Kinh nghiệm triển khai mobile security: OWASP Mobile Top 10, certificate pinning, code obfuscation (ProGuard/R8), jailbreak/root detection
ƯU TIÊN / LỢI THẾ
• Kinh nghiệm với AR/VR mobile features (ARKit/ARCore) cho real estate hoặc hospitality use cases
• Kinh nghiệm với Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) cho shared business logic
• Kinh nghiệm phát triển Super App hoặc mini- program platform (WeChat, Grab, Gojek model)
• Kinh nghiệm với App Store optimization (ASO), user acquisition và growth engineering cho mobile products
