(Senior) Sales Manager (Based in Hội An)

- Address and resolve any issues or complaints regarding sales or marketing
- Collect and analyze data to discover potential business opportunities and trends
- Pro- actively research new businesses by approaching clients via telephone and/or email and by conducting sales calls
- Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities
- Conduct sales presentations to prospective clients and develop sales forecasts
- Reporting, analysis, and statistics as requested by the GM and Ascott
- Analyse current client base or target market for the hotels
- Liaise with Ascott marketing team to develop promotional and marketing material for the hotels
- Ensure that guests are enjoying their stay at the hotels and that large group needs are met
- Report sales results and communicate updated sales strategies to management
- Devise new ways to expand that client base
- Host and entertain clients and maintain client accounts
- Design and communicate special group rates and packages to increase bookings
- Network with all potential business partners (TO/TA) and all other potential business partners
- Partner with operations departments to ensure full participation in servicing accounts
- Manage and develop the business with existing accounts
- Oversee all sales efforts from inquiry to closing
- Ensure effective and timely follow- up on client inquiries and client complaints
- Maintains positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat and recurring business
- Conduct property site visits and answer questions
- Pro- actively approach organizations and businesses that might require a hotel for conferences and events. Meet with representatives from these companies to explain the hotel’s merits and amenities
Yêu cầu công việc
- Relevant degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management
- Fluent English in both writing and speaking
- Positive attitude & mindset of hospitality
- At least 3- year experience as the recruitment role
