Job Description:
SOCIAL PLANNING
Ensure all deliverables are aligned with client direction, timeline, and quality requirements.
Translate brand strategy into social executions across platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
Planning and executing.
Collaborate cross- functionally with account, creative, and media teams to ensure smooth execution and consistency in messaging.
Develop communication plans, content calendars, and social media strategies tailored to each client brief and campaign objective.
Monitor the effectiveness of social campaigns through KPIs and performance metrics.
CREATIVE SOCIAL IDEA
Work closely with the design team and copywriters to turn raw ideas into full- fledged campaign narratives.
Allocate suitable KOLs for the target of each campaign.
Support in visualizing and presenting proposals with mockups, storytelling angles, and content hooks.
Contribute creative ideas for social- first campaigns that are bold, relatable, and platform- native.
Stay on top of social trends, formats, and cultural moments to ideate concepts that resonate with Gen Z & Millennial audiences.
EXECUTION
Track engagement performance (reach, interaction, sentiment, comment quality, etc.) and summarize key learnings.
Flag low- performing posts and proactively suggest improvement strategies or contingency content.
Coordinate posting schedule, deliver materials, and ensure all executions follow timeline and tone guidelines.
Book relevant communities (fanpage, group, forum...) for seeding and amplification aligned with content plan.
Job Requirements:
Have experienced in the same role in Social Agency is a PLUS
Have knowledge about digital planning, digital platform management, content strategy.
Proactive, capable of adapting quickly to changing situations and emerging opportunities.
Positive attitude, responsibility, persistence.
Willing to learn new market trends and be self- demand
Interpersonal and communication skills to effectively support and engage with influencers.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
At least 2 years experience at the same level in one or more of these above- mentioned areas
Experience and enthusiasm for collaborating with celebrities, top creators, KOLs,...
Understanding of influencer dynamics and the ability to connect with influencers on a personal level.
