Senior System Engineer

- To take responsibility on the assigned Projects and to work based on defined functions:

Project Implementation & Management
Maintain Customer Relationship
Support Customer issues within SLA, responsibility in best efforts
Operation & Maintenance
Give Improvement in IT system and internal process

- Ensure Project qualities, supplier’s behavior by managing & controlling vendor(s) work
- Able to lead and handle implementation for Medium and Large Projects
- To be able to lead small group of Engineers in project implementation, control and manage progress status, report to line manager timely
- To maintain and support the Customers and other teams
- To lead / advise other engineers and support them in the project implementation
- Other duties as assigned

Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Server/System/Infrastructure Operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields
- Make Consultation & create solution(s) for technical skills below:

Cloud (Public Cloud: AWS, Azure; Local Cloud: CMC cloud, FPT cloud, VT cloud).
System (Microsoft; Symantec; VMware; Veeam, Linux, etc.)
Server (IBM; HPE; DELL; etc.)

- Experience to manage projects with at least 2 members

- Good communication skills for coordination and escalatio

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple incidents

- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility

- Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills

- Advanced skills in checking and analyzing OS logs (Syslog, Journalctl, Event Viewer, etc.) to identify root causes and resolve incidents.

- Good at English communication

Preferred Qualifications:

- Familiar with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)

- Relevant certifications: RHCSA/RHCE, MCSA, CCNA, ITIL Foundation
