Server/Nhân Viên Phục Vụ

Thực hiện quy trình phục vụ khách hàng/Customer Service Procedure:

Nhận order từ khách và chuyển order vừa nhận cho bộ phận Thu ngân và Bếp/Take orders from customers and pass them on to the Cashier and Kitchen.
Tư vấn, giới thiệu các món ăn để khách lựa chọn/Provide recommendations and introduce menu items to help customers make their choices.
Kiểm tra các món ăn đưa lên trước khi phục vụ khách/Check dishes before serving to ensure quality and accuracy.
Mang món ăn ra bàn phục vụ khách, đảm bảo phục vụ đúng bàn, đúng món, số lượng món và thứ tự các món ăn khách yêu cầu/Serve food to the correct table, ensuring the right dishes, quantities, and order as requested by the customer.
Phục vụ các yêu cầu của khách như: rót rượu, thêm món, thêm nước xốt,.../Fulfill customer requests such as pouring wine, adding dishes, or extra sauces, etc.
Hướng dẫn khách thanh toán chi phí bữa ăn/Assist customers with the payment process after their meal.
Dọn dẹp bàn ăn và thay dụng cụ ăn mới cho khách/Clear the table and replace used utensils with clean ones.
Sẵn sàng trả lời thắc mắc của khách hàng về món ăn/Be ready to answer customer questions regarding the food.

Chủ động trong công việc, chăm chỉ/Proactive and hardworking attitude
Tiếng Anh giao tiếp tốt là một điểm cộng/Good English communication skills are a plus.
Tối thiểu 6 tháng kinh nghiệm liên quan tại các nhà hàng, khách sạn dành cho người nước ngoài/Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in restaurants or hotels serving foreign guests.
