SMT Engineering Lead

Communicate with supervisors and peers to resolve issues.
Evaluate, implement, and monitor SMT processes and operating systems.
Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.
Ensures work area is kept clean and safety rules are followed.
Daily spot check / periodic maintenance and calibration of the main machinery and equipment and tooling fixture to achieve maximum utilization, thereby reducing the time of the stop line.
Participate in company or special training classes with emphasis on employee improvement.
Perform preventative and routine maintenance for SMT equipment.
Improving the current production line equipment / tooling jig / practices and processes, and improve production efficiency and unit capacity.
Monitors and improves efficiency, output, and safety of manufacturing processes.
Quickly resolve production line anomalies and feedback to the production line, and daily exception analysis to take effective measures to control process to ensure the stability of the production line efficiency and quality.
University or equivalent degree or above, automated or electronic professional.
Spoken English is fluent, smooth writing.
Minimum of 5 years working experience in manufacturing environment.
Minimum of 5 years of working experience with SMT processes and equipment.
Ability to program, setup, and load circuit boards onto machines.
Ability to follow directions from management.
Ability to work well independently and within a team.
Ability to read engineering documentation.
Working experience with RoHS and no clean processes.
Working knowledge of IPC- 610 and J- STD001 workmanship criteria.
Working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485.
