Content Creation:

Create visually appealing and impactful social media posts for Facebook to enhance brand presence and engagement.
Stay updated with the latest trends on TikTok to create trendy, innovative content that aligns with campaign goals and objectives.
Ideate, develop, and implement content plans across social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) according to the marketing strategy.
Ensure all content is tailored to the specific needs and preferences of the target audience on each platform.
Develop and produce engaging and creative short video content for TikTok that resonates with the target audience.

Social Media Performance:

Manage relationships with influencers, ensuring alignment with brand values and campaign objectives.
Track and analyze influencer performance to optimize future collaborations.
Identify and collaborate with influencers to promote brand awareness and drive engagement.
Others:
Other tasks assigned by Manager.
Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Digital Designers and B2C teams to ensure the seamless execution of content strategies.

Position requirement:

At least 1 – 1.5 years of experience in a Content Marketing role or a similar position.
Visual thinking skills, proficient in tools such as Canva, Capcut; capable of conveying marketing messages effectively with designers/editors.
Please provide samples of your work or a portfolio showcasing short videos you have produced.
Deep understanding of social media platforms and engagement algorithms.
Bachelor&039;s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior experience in developing and managing TikTok channels, especially related to the retail industry, is highly preferred.

Commitment and Entitlement:

Working time: Monday to Friday, 8:30 – 12:00 & 13:00 – 17:30
Probation: 2 months
Full Gross salary for Insurance participation
