Support project team members and perform assigned tasks.
Prepare testing documents and reports (Test Plan, Test Cases, Bug Reports, Test Reports).
Analyze requirements (SRS, BRD) to understand business flows and system functionality.
Identify, log, classify, and track defects; assess severity and priority.
Conduct Functional, Regression, Integration, System, UAT, Smoke, and Sanity testing.
Verify UI/UX consistency, usability, and cross- browser/device compatibility.
Report testing status and results to stakeholders.
Design, execute, and maintain test cases and test scenarios.
Perform manual testing on Web, Mobile.
Collaborate with developers to analyze, fix, and re- test defects.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Experience with bug tracking systems (Jira, Azure DevOps).
Minimum 3- 5 years as a Software Tester/QA. Preference for experience in Insurance, Banking/Finance, or Digital Solutions.
Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum.
Hands- on experience with Functional, Integration, and Regression Testing.
ISTQB Foundation certification is a plus.
Strong analytical, logical thinking, proactive attitude, and ability to work under pressure. Good communication and teamwork skills (BA, Dev, PM).
