Solution Engineer (Operation & Maintenance)

Our strategic partner is a foreign- invested enterprise and a subsidiary of a reputable international group from Asia. The company specializes in construction execution, operational solutions, and the provision of solutions and products related to pure water treatment and wastewater treatment systems for industrial sectors.
Job Responsibilities

Operate the system in accordance with established procedures, monitor technical parameters, and identify early indications of abnormal conditions.
Provide on- site troubleshooting and recommend improvement solutions to customers when technical issues arise.
Perform other assigned tasks as directed by management.
Implement solution- related sales activities aligned with technical capabilities.
Prepare reports as requested by the direct supervisor.
Prepare technical proposals, cost estimations, and participate in discussions regarding technical and commercial conditions with customers.
Develop and maintain customer relationships to support business continuity and service quality.
Plan and perform periodic maintenance for machinery and equipment to maintain stable system performance, prolong operational lifespan, and prepare relevant quotations and maintenance reports.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
Ability to communicate in English.
Strong presentation skills when working with customers.
Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English.
Experience in complying with safety regulations when working with electricity, chemicals, or confined environments.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
Minimum 5 years of experience in system operation and maintenance, preferably in water treatment or related industries.
Understanding of operating principles and key components of water supply and drainage systems.
Ability to perform maintenance tasks and supervise small- scale projects in Ho Chi Minh City or Ha Noi and surrounding provinces when required, including overtime work.
Familiarity with MS Office applications.
Ability to use AutoCAD 2D.
Proficiency in using inspection and repair tools.
Experience interpreting electrical diagrams, control circuits, electrical cabinets, sensors, and automation equipment related to system operation and maintenance.
Basic knowledge of water quality parameters, treatment chemicals, and microbiological considerations in water treatment processes.
