SOURCING SPECIALIST

- Source and identify reliable suppliers for CNC machining services, mechanical parts, and raw materials to meet production needs;- Evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery timelines, and compliance standards;- Conduct supplier audits, including on- site visits and performance reviews, to ensure ongoing reliability and adherence to quality standards;- Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to optimize costs and secure favorable agreements;- Build and maintain supplier databases, track supplier performance in quality, delivery, and service, resolve issues to minimize supply chain disruptions;- Work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams,… to support sourcing requirements.

- Bachelor&039;s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.- 4+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supplier management, preferably in manufacturing or mechanical industries.- Strong knowledge of CNC machining, mechanical parts, and raw materials sourcing.- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.- Proficiency in English and Vietnamese; experience with ERP systems is a plus.- Ability to travel for supplier audits as needed.

- Thử việc 100% lương- Làm 24 công- Lương cơ bản từ 7tr trở lên- Thưởng chuyên cần mỗi 6 tháng là 200.000 đ, 1 năm là 400.000 đ- Phụ cấp mỗi con nhỏ dưới 9 tuổi là 100.000 đ- Thưởng quý 3 tháng/ lần
