Sourcing Specialist

Build and maintain supplier databases, track supplier performance in quality, delivery, and service, resolve issues to minimize supply chain disruptions;
Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to optimize costs and secure favorable agreements;
Evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery timelines, and compliance standards;
Source and identify reliable suppliers for CNC machining services, mechanical parts, and raw materials to meet production needs;
Work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams,... to support sourcing requirements.
Conduct supplier audits, including on- site visits and performance reviews, to ensure ongoing reliability and adherence to quality standards;

Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficiency in English and Vietnamese; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
4+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supplier management, preferably in manufacturing or mechanical industries.
Strong knowledge of CNC machining, mechanical parts, and raw materials sourcing.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.

One year for salary review
Every three months for bonuses.
Salary negotiable based on ability (Details to be discussed during the interview)
There is transportation available for employees within and outside Hai Phong city.
Able to work in a professional environment.
Working schedule: 22 days/month.
