[Southern Region] Regional Operations Manager

Role Overview
Responsible for overseeing and optimizing operations across hotels and resorts in Southern Vietnam, including cost control, team development, and building scalable operational systems and SOPs.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Operations Management
Oversee day- to- day operations across all properties in the region
Ensure stable operations and consistent service standards
Work closely with the Operations Director and receive reports from:
General Managers, Guest Service Managers
Department Heads (FO, HK, F&B, etc.) as needed
Cost Control & Performance
Monitor key cost drivers:
Labor, utilities, and F&B cost
Understand and track property- level P&L
Partner closely with Finance
Implement initiatives to improve efficiency and optimize cost
SOP Development & Operations Systems
Develop and standardize SOPs across hotels and resorts
Ensure SOPs are practical, scalable, and consistently applied
Design operational frameworks for FO, Housekeeping, and F&B
Post- opening Operations & Stabilization
Ensure new properties operate smoothly and meet company standards
Support stabilization of daily operations and optimize workflows
Work closely with General Managers to ensure smooth handovers
Identify early- stage issues and drive improvements
Take over operations from the pre- opening team after launch
Team Management & Development
Set KPIs and monitor performance standards
Build and develop the regional operations team
Coach and manage Hotel/Resort Managers and key roles
Quality & Guest Experience
Address critical operational issues when needed
Ensure consistent guest experience across properties
Conduct regular operational audits
Reporting & Strategic Execution
Propose improvements and operational enhancements
Report performance and key issues to the Operations Director
Act as the execution arm for company- wide initiatives

Experience
8+ years in hospitality operations (hotel, resort, or chain)
Strong understanding of cost structure and resort operations
Pre- opening experience is a strong advantage
Experience in SOP/system building is a plus
Experience managing multi- property or cluster operations
Skills
