- Advise guests on aftercare, wellness routines, and product usage
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback professionally
- Assess guest needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products
- Support spa promotions and special packages
- Collaborate with Spa Manager and team to enhance guest experience
- Monitor and maintain spa equipment and supplies
- Ensure all treatments meet 5- star service and hygiene standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and spa area
- Provide professional spa treatments such as massages, facials, and body therapies
- Record treatments and update guest profiles accurately

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional, well- groomed appearance and hygiene standards
- Basic English communication skills for guest interaction
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Ability to work in a fast- paced, guest- focused environment
- Knowledge of different massage and beauty techniques
- Physically fit and able to perform treatments safely
- Previous experience in a spa, wellness center, or 4–5 star hotel preferred
- Ability to provide personalized, high- quality guest service
- Diploma or certification in Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or related field
