Business Analyst (AI Domain) Full- time

JOB DESCRIPTION

Review business requirements and deliver accurate, timely, and detailed requirement analysis. Highlight conflicts and propose suitable resolutions.
Attend and conduct project meetings with Business Users for requirement gathering and solution discussions.
Provide mentoring and training to junior team members where necessary.
Prepare and deliver documentation such as Business Requirement Document (BRD), Functional Specification Document (FSD), User Guide, Feature Study, and other relevant documents.
Work closely with cross- functional teams to ensure a proper understanding of business requirements and on- time delivery of features.
Gather and analyze business requirements and propose optimal AI solutions to clients.
Communicate actively with Business Users for requirement clarification and feature study to build detailed specification documents.
Support software quality assurance and testing across different testing environments and Production.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience in enterprise- scale projects.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely.
Solid background in the AI domain
Proficient in preparing BRD, use case documentation, functional specifications, and UI mockups.
Willingness to travel for business meetings.
Adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast- changing environment. Friendly personality and a collaborative team player.
Self- motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Hands- on experience in gathering and managing business requirements directly with end users.
Good knowledge of testing processes and methodologies, with at least 1 year of experience in software testing (web and mobile applications preferred).
Strong knowledge of BA processes, methodologies, and best practices.
Leadership experience is a plus.
Strong analytical skills, systematic thinking, and attention to detail.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Strong time- management and multitasking skills.
