The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results- driven Strategic Media Specialist to join our AS3 team in Ho Chi Minh City. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our client database and driving B2B media sales performance across DAEHONG&039;s existing and newly developed media networks.
What You Will Do

Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
Drive revenue growth by consistently meeting and exceeding individual sales targets
Expand and maintain a strong client database to support long- term business growth
Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company targets and pricing guidelines
Identify and acquire new B2B sales opportunities across OOH media channels including billboards, LED, LCD, and other related formats
Develop and present tailored media proposals and sales pitches to prospective clients
Handle all sales- related paperwork including contracts, proposals, booking orders, and post- campaign reports
Report sales performance and pipeline updates directly to the General Director
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and client servicing

Who You Are

Self- motivated and able to work independently with measurable, target- driven results
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
Experience working with both local Vietnamese companies and foreign/international clients
Existing client network is a strong advantage
Minimum 7+ years of experience in B2B media sales, with a proven track record in OOH channels including billboards, LED, LCD, and other related formats
Age: 29 years or above
Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken)
