Hepmil is a regional influencer marketing and creative agency under Hepmil Media Group, connecting brands with top creators across Southeast Asia including Vietnam, Singapore, Indonesia, and the Philippines.
As a social- first creative agency, HCN specializes in developing integrated marketing communication (IMC) campaigns that combine creator storytelling, social media strategy, and performance- driven content to help brands engage modern audiences effectively.
Responsibilities
Develop integrated communication and campaign strategies across digital, social, influencer, and content platforms
Translate business objectives into actionable strategic briefs, communication frameworks, and campaign recommendations
Collaborate closely with Account Management, Creative, Content, and Creator teams to develop strategic proposals and campaign ideas
Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, social media, influencer marketing, and emerging digital platforms
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative concepts, content pillars, and storytelling approaches
Support the development of IMC plans, campaign narratives, and creative directions aligned with brand objectives and target audiences
Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights, digital trends, and audience behavior to identify opportunities for brand and campaign growth
Ensure alignment of communication strategies across multiple channels and touchpoints
Qualifications
Experience working with creative, content, or influencer campaigns is a plus
Strong presentation, communication, and storytelling skills
Strong understanding of branding, communication strategy, and integrated marketing campaigns (IMC)
Familiarity with social media platforms, influencer marketing, and digital content ecosystems
Creative thinking with strong attention to detail and problem- solving abilities
2–4 years of experience in strategic planning, digital marketing, social media, creative agency, or related fields
Ability to conduct both quantitative and qualitative research and translate insights into actionable strategies
Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a fast- paced agency environment
