KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Local Trucking & Coordination

Plan and assign trucks for internal warehouse movements while coordinating delivery schedules for local customers.
Monitor OEM delivery status and maintain daily transportation logs with updates on any delays

Sample Management (Logistics & Procurement)

Process incoming and outgoing samples, including physical quality and quantity checks.
Maintain a detailed sample tracking log and liaise with Procurement on sample requirements.

Local Vendor Management

Follow up with local vendors to ensure on‑time deliveries and record any discrepancies.
Support vendor performance evaluation based on delivery reliability

Payment & Administrative Support

Systematically archive logistics/procurement documents and provide administrative support for finance tasks.
Compile and verify documents (DHL, 247 Express, Capex, etc.) and track outstanding payments.

Final- year or recent graduate student majoring in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or related fields
Creative, eager to learn, and willing to take initiative
Highly proactive with a strong can‑do attitude.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work effectively in fast‑paced, international environments such as supply chain, retail, supermarkets, or food ingredients industries
