Supply Chain Planner Specialist

Demand & Supply Planning (50%)
- Demand Forecasting:
Analyze historical sales data and market trends to develop weekly and monthly demand forecasts.
- Inventory Optimization:
Calculate and maintain optimal stock levels (Re- order points & Safety stock) to maximize inventory turnover and minimize stock- outs.
- PO Management:
Initiate and manage Purchase Orders (PO); follow up with suppliers on production lead times and delivery schedules.
Documentation & Legal Compliance (30%)
- Shipping Documentation Control:
Liaise with
forwarders and suppliers
to track, verify, and cross- check full sets of import- export documents (Invoice, Packing List, CO, CQ, Bill of Lading, etc.).
- Accuracy Assurance:
Ensure 100% data consistency between shipping documents and internal systems to prevent discrepancies.
- Compliance:
Monitor customs clearance status, tax compliance, and product inspection regulations handled by partners.
- Data Management:
Maintain a systematic digital filing system for all orders to support internal audits and reconciliation.
Operational Coordination (20%)
- Logistics Liaison:
Provide shipment pre- alerts and tracking information to the Logistics and Warehouse teams for proactive resource planning.
- Reconciliation:
Collaborate with the Warehouse team to reconcile physical stock against shipping documents and system records.

08:00- 12:00 & 13:00- 17:00
- Saturday:
08:00- 12:00

REQUIREMENTS
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
- Experience:
2- 3 years of proven experience
in Supply Chain Planning, Procurement, or Import- Export Documentation.

Advanced Excel:
(Proficient in Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and complex data processing formulas).
- English:
Professional working proficiency (Fluent in reading/writing international trade terms and technical documents).
