Well understand hiring request and efficiently hire qualified people for the company as standard lead time.
Proactively source, engage, prescreen, interview, schedule and assess candidates
Manage the full life cycle of recruitment process from sourcing to offering
Analyze the exit interview result
Source, attract, and recruit talents
Coordinate with Hiring Managers on best hiring practices and decisions
Advertise job postings within appropriate forums to attract top notch candidate pools
Analyze and interpret current recruitment trends to best tailor search approach
Manage candidate experience to ensure positive candidate outcomes
Yêu cầu công việc
Strong in communication skills both Vietnamese and English
Strong in utilizing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) to drive networking and candidate pool development
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, or related degree preferred
Willingness to learn and overcome daily challenges in a fast- paced environment
Minimum 02 year of experience in full life cycle of recruitment
Proactive and passionate with recruitment
