As a Talent Acquisition Executive at Heineken Vietnam, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization by executing the end- to- end recruitment processes for assigned departments. Additionally, you will take charge of our Young Talent Programs, ensuring Heineken attracts, engages, and retains the best talent to drive our future growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage End- to- End Recruitment
Proactively source top talent through diverse channels: job boards, social media, networking, and agency collaboration.
Own the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned functions, ensuring a seamless and candidate- centric experience.
Manage vendor payment processes when applicable.
Conduct screening, interviews, and assessments to identify best- fit candidates.
Maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles and future needs.
Ensure timely feedback and transparent communication with candidates and stakeholders.
Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and align on ideal candidate profiles.
Young Talent programs & Employer branding
Champion Heineken Vietnam’s brand as an employer of choice by crafting compelling job advertisements and sharing success stories.
Execute the recruitment and implementation of Heineken Vietnam&039;s Young Talent Program.
Oversee selection processes including application reviews, assessment centers, and onboarding for young talent recruits.
Assist in developing tools and strategies for talent sourcing and networking.
Execute university outreach initiatives, career fairs, and employer branding campaigns to attract top graduate talent.
Data & Reporting
Generate timely reports and dashboards (e.g., TA metrics, turnover trends).
Maintain accurate recruitment data in SuccessFactors.
Leverage data insights to continuously improve recruitment effectiveness.
