Overview
Responsible for acquiring available roles, following the recruitment process of NLG, including sourcing, attracting, interviewing and onboarding new employees. Executive, Talent Acquisition also focuses on maintaining positive relationships with candidates and company reputation in the marketplace.

Recruitment
Determine and develop a relationship with the talent pools in the market, base on the current and potential talents of the company.
Build high- quality partnerships with recruitment service providers.
Compile and manage the data pool into a talent mapping system and recruitment process to ensure a high- quality candidate experience and take care of follow- up alongside managers, adapting recruitment processes to ensure recruitment effectiveness.
Take part in developing future sourcing through employment events, job fairs, career events, or partnership programs.
Implement recruitment process: job briefing, job posting, screening applications, conducting interviews, providing shortlists, scheduling interviews, reference check, extending offers, on- boarding activities, etc.,
Talent Acquisition Analyst
Analyze, maintain records, and compile statistical reports concerning personnel related data such as hires, transfers, probation appraisals, turnover rate, budget management.
Support functional divisions and human resources departments of business units/ subsidiaries in personnel- related issues: recruitment, labor relations management, personnel transfers.
Implement employer branding
Support employment branding initiatives: update HR information in the company website, job fair & career talks at universities, research market situation, control the content of job advertisements of the company, scholarship & internship program, recruitment contents and designs.

Background / Experience
Proficiency in English.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, or equivalent experience in related fields.
3- 5 years of experience in internal recruitment/headhunting firms
Specific job skills
Must be able to build strong partnerships and connects with others across the organization to achieve sustainable results.
Good at technical skill (Microsoft Office, Canva, AI), data analysis.
Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and openness to engage with people.
Knowledge in full – cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding.
