- Identify and build on potential partnership opportunities to improve the company&039;s employer brand;
- Build and manage the company&039;s talent pool, using for the future hiring needs.
- Be responsible for the full circle of Back Office recruitment process, including sourcing, screening and shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, making offers and onboarding employees;
- Other tasks assigned by the line manager.
- Work with Hiring Managers to determine and adjust their hiring needs to match the labor market;
- Assist in executing and building up ideas/concepts of internal activities to attract high engagement of employees: Company Birthday, YEP, etc.;

Job Requirements
- At least 2 year of experience in the same position;
- Good interpersonal skill with the ability to influence and handle sensitive situations;
- Bachelor’s Degree required. Fluency in English is a must;
- Good communication, problem solving & presentation skills;
- Keep up with social media trends;
