Drive Recruitment Strategy

Define KPI/OKR and create reporting systems to track success.
Build recruitment frameworks and standardize processes (SOP).
Develop 6–12 month hiring plans aligned with business growth.

Build & Lead the Recruitment Team

Coach sourcing, interviewing, needs analysis, and data‑driven decision making.
Guide performance reviews and career development for Recruitment Team members.
Recruit, train, and inspire a strong Recruitment Team.

Create Candidate Pipelines

Enhance the Candidate Journey and deliver outstanding candidate experiences.
Maximize multi‑channel recruiting: social media, referrals, events, academic partnerships.
Collaborate with Marketing/HRBP to craft Employer Branding strategies.
Launch creative talent attraction campaigns beyond job postings.4. Champion Employer Branding
Establish Talent Pools for critical roles.

Stakeholder Management

Work closely with business leaders to analyze workforce needs.
Advise on role structures, job descriptions, and ideal candidate profiles.

Background in tech, outsourcing, or startup environments is a big plus.
At least 4–6 years of recruitment experience, including 1–2 years leading a team.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Must thrive and prioritize in a constantly changing environment
Proven track record in building recruitment strategies and systems from scratch.
Strong skills in strategic thinking, data‑driven recruitment, leadership, and communication.
