Role Description
Talent Acquisition 90% – Full Cycle Recruitment
Source candidates through various recruitment channels and platforms.
Supervisor / Executive level
Participate directly in interviews for assigned positions.
Work closely with department managers to understand hiring needs and develop suitable recruitment plans.
Manage full- cycle recruitment for multiple departments, including: Sales (GT / MT / Sales Rep), Marketing, E- commerce, Operations / Warehouse, Warranty, Back Office
Conduct CV screening, initial interviews, candidate assessments, and coordinate closely with Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process.
Monitor and optimize recruitment performance metrics, including:
Making Recruitment Metrics Report monthly/quarterly
Offer acceptance rate
Candidate quality
Cost- per- hire
Develop and update job descriptions for recruitment positions.
Proactively propose improvements to recruitment processes, candidate experience, and hiring effectiveness.
Manage candidate databases and maintain talent pipelines.
Support onboarding activities and monitor new employees’ integration process.

Support Employer Branding activities across communication platforms, internal events, and recruitment campaigns.
Collaborate on:
Career fairs
Internal engagement activities
Campus recruitment programs
Employee stories
Recruitment content creation
Support organizing internal engagement activities such as:
Internal activities
Company events
Workshops
Other tasks as assigned by the team leader 1%
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal- oriented mindset with strong focus on recruitment results.
College’s degree or higher in: Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields.
Familiar with using social media platforms for recruitment and employer branding purposes.
Flexible, proactive, and quick in handling situations.
Strong networking and relationship- building skills.
English communication skills are an advantage.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience across multiple functions, preferably experiences working in Retail/FMCG/ Distribution industries.
