[Talentnet Academy] Operation Excellence – Learner Experience Lead

Purpose of the position:
The role focuses on delivering seamless program execution, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring satisfaction for both learners and corporate clients.
Ensure an excellent learner and client experience while effectively operating and coordinating Talentnet Academy’s training programs.
Job Accountabilities:
Manage learner experience
Handle class logistics, program coordination, and collect learner feedback to continuously improve program quality.
Design and manage the end- to- end learner experience across training programs.

Manage client experience during program delivery
Ensure corporate clients are satisfied with program delivery and overall training outcomes.
Design and implement client service processes throughout the program lifecycle.
Operate and coordinate training programs
Coordinate trainers and facilitators, manage training materials, and prepare all program logistics including classroom setup and learning activities.
Ensure smooth program execution

Develop and standardize training materials
Support the design of presentation slides, prepare participant workbooks, and standardize learning materials to ensure consistency and quality of training delivery
Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor’s degree with major in Education, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Human Resources, or related fields
4 – 6 years of working experience, preferred experience English language centers, Education / training providers, Hospitality industry, Insurance or service- oriented customer support roles
Experience in training program coordination, learner services, or client service management is preferred
