[Tân phú, HCM] Senior Lab Technician (Hardline)

Record, consolidate, and evaluate testing results
Perform other tasks assigned by management
Perform testing in accordance with applicable standards and test methods
Travel to factory sites when required by the company or management
Receive samples (Furniture, Toys, Juvenile products, etc.) with assigned test methods or protocols

Qualifications – Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or related fields
3–5 years of experience in Hardlines / Furniture / Toys testing laboratories
Solid knowledge of laboratory testing processes and international standards
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem- solving skills
Strong command of English (technical reading & communication)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Technical Expertise

Strong familiarity with ISO 17025 systems and audit processes
In- depth knowledge of testing standards, such as:
Furniture: ANSI/BIFMA (X5.1, X5.4, X5.5, X5.9), EN standards
Toys: ASTM F963, EN 71, ISO 8124
Juvenile products: relevant ASTM/EN standards
Experience in data validation, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
Ability to mentor and develop junior team members
