Team Lead (Data&AI Team)

- Handle personnel issues, resolve internal conflicts, and foster a positive, transparent, value- driven working environment.
- Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
- Communicate vision and goals clearly to the team; promote Scrum- AI culture, Evaluation- Driven Development (EDD), and a proactive learning mindset.
- Contribute to company growth by building a strong, high- performing team and delivering high- impact products.
- Plan, track progress, and ensure on- time delivery of key milestones for strategic projects.
- Collaborate closely with the AI Product Manager and Technical Lead to build and maintain the product roadmap, prioritize backlog, and define clear Definition of Done.
- Manage day- to- day operations of the Data & AI team, including sub- teams.
- Supporting to Conduct half year performance reviews.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and support team members in developing technical and leadership skills.

- Proven experience leading technical/product teams of 5–10 people.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Project Management, or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle personnel issues, resolve conflicts, and build high- performing teams.
- Strong leadership mindset – proactive, inspirational, and capable of developing team members.
- Strong plus: Project Management or Agile certifications (PMP, PMI- ACP, PSM I/II, CSM).
- Minimum 3+ years of experience managing product projects (strong preference for technology, SaaS, or AI- driven products).
- Proficient in project management tools: Jira (mandatory), Confluence, Roadmunk or equivalent.
