Techlead (Java+Reactjs)

• Develop team members&039; skills and capabilities to enhance overall project performance.
• Interpreting, analyzing and implementing client’s requests
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Address technical and project- related challenges by analyzing issues and developing effective solutions.
• Perform quality verification including code review, code inspection, performance test, etc.
• Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact project success.
• Understanding development process and ensuring compliance (Risk management system for the internal accounting)
• Develop interface for the integration with relevant system (Rest)
• Analyze requirement, design, develop and maintain web application using Java and React JS
• Provide clear and concise reports on project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of Agile principles, frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), and practices to facilitate iterative development and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in planning, executing, and monitoring project activities to ensure timely delivery of project goals.

• Strong proficiency in Java programming language and related technologies
• Strong ability to troubleshoot and debug issues across the entire Web application stack
• Having ability to work independently.
• Software life cycle development: Agile, Waterfall
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and front- end framework like React JS
• Experience with relational database (PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL database (MongoDB, Redis, DynamoDB)
• Experience with Java framework like Spring Boot, Spring Batch
• Tools: Bitbucket, Jenkins, Datadog, CI/CD
• Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact project success.
• Proficiency in planning, executing, and monitoring project activities to ensure timely delivery of project goals.
• Having basic knowledge in the improvement of program performance (Documentation and analysis of Execution Plan)
• Recommended to have at least 5 years of experience in both front- end and back- end of Web development using Java
• Deep understanding of Agile principles, frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), and practices to facilitate iterative development and continuous improvement.
• Good communication skill
• Hands- on experience with various AWS service such as S3, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB
• Experience in designing and integrating Restful API
• Having Self- Management Mindset
