Technical Presales Manager

Reporting directly to the CEO, this position is responsible for providing end- to- end pre- sales support, combining technical fluency in digital transformation solutions with in- depth understanding of the company’s services and IT industry to drive business growth.
Key responsibilities
• Support the gathering and documentation of business and technical requirements.
• Translate complex business challenges into practical and actionable solutions that meet high- quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with the Delivery Head, Technical Manager, and Solution Architect to engineer high- impact, tailored proposals.
• Provide feedback in response to client inquiries.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitor movements to identify new business opportunities.
• Perform insightful discussion and deep analysis to uncover client needs and business requirements.
• Deliver clear and convincing presentation, aligned with client objectives and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with Partnership team to provide technical insights and effectively negotiate client requests.
Desired Skills and Experience
• Demonstrated leadership qualities with the confidence to challenge ideas constructively.
• Proficient in presentation with a client- oriented mindset.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in technical consulting, IT project management or as a pre- sales engineer.
• Good decision- making, problem- solving, and critical thinking abilities.
• Educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical fields.
• Strong understanding of digital solutions with a proven ability to assist in the design of solution architectures.
• Excellent written communication skills in English with the ability to adapt tone, ensure clarity, and engage effectively with clients.
