Technical Sale Support (Hybrid working)

CSW Industrials (Nasdaq: CSWI) an US publicly traded company in Nasdaq stock market with approx. $6B market cap that serves a variety of HVAC end markets through 3 business units- Contractor Solutions, Engineered Building Solutions and Specialized Reliability Solutions. We’re having significant manufacturing base in Nhon Trach 1 Industrial Zone, Dong Nai named T.A Vietnam.
We are looking for a Technical Sale Support who can review mechanical drawings and count HVAC air devices (grilles, diffusers, dampers, etc.) to support quotation preparation for the sales team. This role does not require HVAC design experience. Candidates who can read drawings and are comfortable working with technical plans are welcome to apply.

Overcomes business and technical objections of prospective customers.
Maintain and organize team inbox for workflow management
Performs other duties as assigned.
Maintains accurate, complete, and timely information on productivity, capacity, and resource utilization.
Providing technical guidance on GRD Selection to sales team, customers and other team members
Ensure compliance of selections with industry standards and regulations
Collaborate with other departments to handle sales, marketing, inquiries, and deliveries efficiently.
Identify, locate, count and generating quote on all Air Devices including Grilles, Registers, Diffusers, Dampers, Louvers, Fire dampers, etc. found on mechanical plans.
Apply competitive cross reference, pricing, and lead time strategy on quote generation.
Lead the execution of processes and programs to enhance customer experience and increase quote conversions.
Identify growth opportunities and market trends.

Detailed and ability to maintain high level of accuracy.
Ability to ready and understand mechanical plan sets
From 1 years’ experience in providing counts from blueprints / plan sets
Experience in estimating/ quoting or administration roles
Proficiency with MS Office suite products (Outlook, Word, Excel) and takeoff software (Bluebeam or similar)
Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to professionally communicate in English.
Ability to work effectively in both remote and in- office environments.
Customer- focused attitude with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
